Hollis Cotten - President and Co-Founder. The buck stops with Hollis. He is a hands-on manager and capable of filling any role when needed. He is an excellent tool maker in his own right.
Wayne French - Vice President and Co-Founder. Wayne is also the CAD-CAM expert. He works closely with the customer on the specification and design of the parts. He speaks the engineer's language. C&F Tooling can make the parts from the customer's blueprints or they can create the blueprints themselves in-house.
Gloria Townsend - Quality Manager. Gloria oversees the Quality Programs. Gloria is responsible for meeting and maintaining all certification requirements. She also oversees the quality inspections. Due to her leadership abilities (with more than 25 years in the automotive business), and the skill of all employees, C&F Tooling maintains a very low rejection rate from its customers.
