We have worked closely with our equipment manufacturers in order to implement a "lights out" policy. Our work day is from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday Central time. Even though our employees quit working at 4:00 p.m. our machines do not. They run all night. Built-in safeguards will shut the machines down in the event of any problem. Our manufacturer Van Dorn has written software to our specifications to implement this "lights out" policy safely.
We do our own tool design in-house. Wayne French is responsible for the excellent tool design resulting in high quality output.

All tooling equipment is rotated on a budget basis to maintain state-of-the-art grinders, mill machines, and EDM machines -- all less than 5 years old. Our injection machines are 85 ton Van Dorn presses capable of 3 or 5 oz. production and are also less than 5 years old, rotated to maintain state of the art equipment.
All of our Inspection Equipment is certified and calibrated using standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), derived from natural physical constants, derived from ratio measurements, or compared to consensus standards.
Each toolmaker has his own roomy and clean workstation organized to allow him to work at peak efficiency.
We are proud of our extremely low rejection rate of less than 50 ppm/year and 100% on-time delivery schedule fulfillment.
